GET INVOLVED
An essential component for ensuring improved quality of life
for those of us living with diseases of the lymphatic system,
is patient involvement and activism whether through raising funds,
awareness, and/or participating in research studies.
If we don't get involved in the solution, how can we expect others to?"

Research is Hope in Action
Hope is the dream that tomorrow will not feel like today; that the agony and suffering experienced today will not be there tomorrow. Hopes and dreams can become a reality through discovery and the progress of scientific research. Your support can turn tears of pain into hope for a cure.
Just Imagine the Possibilities
After years in the shadows, the lymphatic system is at last under the research spotlight. The medical research community, government agencies, and industry have taken notice of the importance of the lymphatic system in human health and disease. A growing number of scientists using new technologies and advancements in molecular biology are studying how the lymphatic system works. With this new knowledge comes new ways to solve a wide variety of medical problems. LRF has initiated programs to accelerate research and development of new therapies. We must keep the momentum going, and we must continue to raise awareness to support this progress.
Your Participation Can Make a Difference
Do you suffer from lymphedema or a lymphatic disorder? Have you joined our patient registry? Only scientific research can discover improved treatments and a cure and your involvement can be the key Please, share the dream and help us to help you. Take a moment to complete the registry form.

Donate Online, by Phone or Mail
The Lymphatic Research Foundation relies on the support of individuals, corporations and foundations to fund its programs and research initiatives. Your contribution is incredibly meaningful to the patient community and to the Foundation whose work is dedicated to their future. On behalf of all those whose diseases will benefit from lymphatic research, we thank you very much for your help.
Honor a Birthday, Special Occasion, Tribute or a Memorial Gift
Donate in honor or memory of a friend or loved one.
This is a convenient way to express your continued commitment to LRF's mission, and perhaps even double or triple your contribution.
You can give through your will, gift annuities, charitable trusts, etc.
LRF has a Recognition Program designed to acknowledge individuals and families who support the Foundation through a large donation, bequest, gift annuity, real estate, or equities
Volunteers with the Lymphatic Research Foundation are integral partners contributing valuable resources (time, knowledge, skills, and leadership). It is your energy, passion and belief in LRF that makes your contribution so effective. Join us and be part of the movement that is changing medical history.

Make Everyday Better With the Gift of Health
More than 175 million people worldwide suffer from lymphedema, one of the many diseases impacted by the lymphatic system. They struggle with pain, fear, anxiety, disfigurement and isolation. Scientific advances have opened a new frontier in lymphatic research called lymphangiogenesis. This is the process used to form new lymphatic vessels to repair or replace existing damaged or deficient lymphatics in the body. Not only does this promise life enhancing changes for those suffering from lymphatic disorders, researchers are examining new evidence indicating that malignant tumors can directly promote lymphangiogenesis. Therefore, the tumor itself can establish the pathway for cancer to spread through the body.Supporting the Lymphatic Research Foundation means you can give a "Gift of Health" to millions. It is your generosity that enables LRF to provide hope. Please help fund the progress being made in the fight against lymphatic disorders and the broad array of diseases impacted by the lymphatic system. It is through research that science will discover cures!!
